John D. Zoller
John D. Zoller has practiced law in the State of Ohio since 1986. He is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court and the United States Supreme Court. His practice has gradually concentrated in the area of Family Relations law over the past 17 years. Mary J. Biacsi
Mary J. Biacsi attended Bowling Green State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts of Communication in 1986. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1989. Mary was admitted to practice in the State of Ohio in 1990. Shortly thereafter, she began practicing law in the private sector. In 1993 Mary was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court. Mary initially practiced in the area of personal injury and family law.
In 1993 Mary became affiliated with John Zoller's firm, Jerome and Zoller, where she began to narrow her focus in the area of family law. By 1994, Mary and John formed their own practice, which was known as Zoller and Scholl, wherein together they continued to concentrate on family law and insurance subrogation. Mary's remains centered in the area of the law that relates to all family issues. She regularly practices in the Domestic Relations Court in Cuyahoga County, and she also practices in the surrounding counties. In addition to representing either of the spouses in a divorce proceeding she represents the children as a Guardian Ad Litem, when appointed by the Court or agreed upon by the litigants.
